  • What happens after I request a Free Trial?  We’ll send you an email within 1 business day to schedule a 15 minute setup call for your community center.
  • How long is the meeting? We value your time. The setup call is usually between 10 and 15 minutes. We want to make sure that your account is setup correctly by the end of the call.
  • Is this a high-pressure sales call?  No, we like our product and user experience to speak for itself.  This call is just to get you setup correctly so you can experience the product yourself.
  • What does the setup process look like? It’s simple and our setup team will get your account up and running within two business days after the Free Trial call so you can start experiencing the product quickly.
  • Can I get a clear price estimate? Our pricing is on our website for single building community hubs.  But if you have multiple buildings or other questions, please schedule a demo either before or after the Free Trial, and we can go through any specific pricing or other questions that you have.
